Multiplayer issues
Hello there!
We wanted to play Doom over LAN but encountered a serious problem. I tried Google but all I found was some source code. Game version is 'Ultimate Doom' which comes with the 'Doom Collectors Edition'. All ports are forwarded. Everyone has the same *.wad. Code:
1 server has been found.
Name: P/M L Ver: Game: Location:
0 : asdqwe 1/16 10900 jdoom 1.15.3 :13209
E1M1 (DOOM.WAD:cdce4c) p:0ms Multiplayer Host
doom1-ultimate skill3 coop jump
Players: Player
N_InitService: In/out UDP port 13209.
N_SendDataBufferReliably: Tried to send 3l bytes (max pkt size 2l).
Thanks in advance. dr0p |

I'm having this problem as well. The game crashes immediately with the exact same error once I try to connect.

Hey guys, you'd be better off posting over at the new Doomsday forum located here:
http://www.dengine.net/forums/viewfo...4318c14302a2f0 I'm pretty sure they are working on a completely new server side net code before 2.0.0 and they do monthly release builds now so stay tuned for that.
