Stuttering Glitches
I have experienced many times stuttering or frame rate glitches in doomsday where it suddenly pauses and then resumes as normal. It has to do with higher settings but it shouldn't really happen. Is there anyway to run the engine more smoothely without drastically toning down the settings. I am using the latest beta at the moment.

Ehh, presently I am using the full JDRP, meaning models and particles and dynamic lights. All factors like near diffusion and model visibility are all on default settings. I am using high resolution textures, with no compression. Color depth of 32. Sound quality and channels are at normal settings. No addons like more blood or texture lighting. Highres patches. No JDEP. Thats about it. Standard doom IWADS. (hehe no vrack 2 or nuts)

I know that some systems do the stuttering will a lot of resource packs loaded. It isn't always reproducable though
I suspect precaching isn't precaching enough. It is less noticible with texture compression on.
