That latest round of copy protected CDs are installing rootkits now (and don't think of even using the shift key to get around it). But at least they issued a patch that no longer hides it.

Saw on slashdot that you can use the DRM included to bypass "The Warden" - Blizzards new anti-cheat solution.

As expected, Malware is being used by Sony's DRM. But consumer's are fighting back the only way they know how, with a good ol' fashioned lawsuit.

It doesn't end there. Sony as infringed on copyright. Don't steal our music but its okay if we your steal code.
