Error In Kicks.
glBSP utility not found!
Please make sure Doomsday is installed correctly. Doomsday will run without glBSP map data. but you may encounter graphics bugs and/or performance degration. What the hell? I've reinstalled twice. |

That's what I'm thinking. If it doesn't look like the normal virtual directory structure, you'll need to re-download it. Either that, or remove it and wait for 1.1.

Ok a few things first of all:
Your using a tiny mazone (5MB) you'll need at least 32MB. You don't need to use the -renorm option. I can see anything your doing wrong regarding jDRP though. |

By default Dday allocates 32mb. However 32mb isn't anywhere near enough once you start adding the various Jpacks (JDRP, JDTP etc). Have you checked the compression of the JDRP.pk3? It must be uncompressed for Dday to be able to read it. |

I get the same thing but for me I don't see that pk3 u guy's are talking about in the data folder... I have reinstalled doomsday 20 times. But nothing y wouldn't it be there and y would it be there for other people? I was thing that from the older versions it had it and everyone else just updated with the newer version they didn't do a whole reinstallation. (I'm guessing) and so that pk3 stays there. But I download newest version and this happens. :\ I never had this problem before.

The jDRP doesn't come with Doomsday. It's an addon that may be found at http://modelyard.newdoom.com

It is interesting though that kicks config hasn't been modded in 1.8.5 to fix that, isn't it? I know a new loader is being worked on, but it shouldn't be too hard to just mod the default, should it?
