HUD Weapons
I dunno... the quick way out?

They look good yes but nonetheless Dani J666 has redone most of the weapons as well (including the BFG). If only someone would convert this to md2 (with permission of the original authors of course)

I found theses weapons cool too... ...but i didn't ask authors for conversion 'cause it's a current running mod.If someone has their permission, i'm ok to help to convert them (if the models are runnable under DD)

I believe most haven't been animated yet. And I heard awhile back that they don't want them being used in other mods, but I might be wrong. They are nice, but don't follow exactly with the originals.

You'd have to ask Wirehead very nicely for permission to use them, their stance is they'd rather not give until their work is final. There's nothing to worry about though really, looks like Dani's made a big update to the weapons for 1.1
Why take the easy way out anyway, we wouldnt be much of a modding crew if we had to sponge of everyone else, would we? I personally do it just for the fun of it, and I'm sure Dani feels the same - I'm not really thinking so much of the finished product, just the work involved to make it. |

Guys, those are MD3's, which are not yet supported by the Doomsday engine. Beside's, I'm sure Dani can do better with MD2's.

They don't need a long time to make it, i don't think that the polycount need to be increase

Hummm... those are definantly better than most of the stuff we have now, but Dani's new stuff kicks it's ass. Just compare the plasma rifles, theres a huge jump in quality in Dani's new work (and that stuff is blurry at parts too!)
