How can I turn in DeepSea lines?

you mean flip a linedef?

just highlight a line and press ctrl+L

Or if you meant Rotate, put the cursor over the line to rotate (it highlights) and press < or >.

Maybe both of these are off the mark. If so, please explain what you are asking about.
