DeHackED help

I just installed DeHackED and was trying to assign the pistol unlimited ammo for my upcoming TC. Anyhow, I believe I need to set my Ammo type to 5, but can not move the cursor into that range, how do I get there to edit this? All I can goto is Ammo. thankx!

[Edit] Ok if seems I have to set Ammo Number to 5? Then it changes Ammo Type to Unlimited? Well I load this up in DOOM Legacy, and I have 0 ammo for the pistol straight off the bat, I can not fire, and I can not pick up ammo, what is the deal here? Please do not tell me to use a different source port, I am hooked on Legacy and will not switch.

Change the ammo type to what the pistol and chainsaw is.

They are the same by default.

I just grabbed Dehacked myself. I started to print off the dehacked tutorial info on this site yesterday . So check that out. Hopefully you'll find your answer in that stuff. I didn't get to read any of it yet but I hope it helps.

I have looked through the tutorial, and tried every piece of advice I have gotten off here, and DOOMWorld, still nothing, so I wrote to the authors of Legacy, waiting for reply.

Best to find similar wads and contact the authors to see how they did it, theres plenty of weapon mods on the new idgames mirror at

This is the replacement for ftp.cdrom which froze its doom stuff recently. Its maintained by Ty Halderman of teamTNT so its in good hands now.
