Heh, probably right. Most of my stuff was pretty close to what the game did.

Sorry I haven't been on in a while, but my DSL modem died. I'm in a computer lab right now (told my friend I was working really hard on programming, he's in a chem lecture).

Im going through an anti-social phase so thought I should avoid contact with friends.

I actually live on the southern edge of the city (Edinburgh), we dont get many Highland dancers here, though there are some Highland Cattle not far from here.

I am on the verge of a romantic involvement but I am holding back until I get a job. Im even finding it hard to get crappy jobs like 'shelf replenisher' in a supermarket. Its a bit depressing when you dont even get an interview for a job like that, even more depressing if you get an interview and fail.

I need to straighten myself out a bit before I go inflicting myself on some poor girl. Im in a bit of a mess just now and wouldnt be much use in a relationship. Dating costs money so being unemployed and dating are mutually exclusive in my book. Besides, Im a good cook, I do my own laundry and I know how to wank so what do I need a girlfriend for?

Dating doesn't need to cost that much money. You could always make her pay once in a while too.

Isabel was going after me about 3 and a half years ago. I decided that wouldn't work back then. It seems to be working all too well this year though. Some girls don't actually disappear. I still have to deal with money and so does she though. She's far worse off than me right now because I managed to get a free education for the time being.

You need girlfriends for the emotional support (and added warmth in the winter). You can wank all you want, but having a real girlfriend has no comparison (even without sex).

Actually I just got a crappy job as a Linen porter in a hospital which might enable me to move sideways into a better job when internal vacancies turn up. I start on Monday.

Wow, soon I will be able to build a decent computer for myself, wahay.
