Mine was released about 9PM X-mas Eve. Then again, it was X-mas elsewhere, so it wasn't really early.

Like I said, there were a lot of DooM presents for everyone.

I'm up to MAP06 of Vilecore. It's pretty good, so far.

Yeah, I'm only on MAP 4 of Vilecore, but I'm on MAP 2 of your wad REoL!

I even make a special save game slot called
"REoL CooL" for it.

So far, no problems with it. BooM handles it fine. You didn't use any Legacy-specials, did you? I'd hate to come up upon one of them. It'll totally ruin the experience.

I believe Doom_Dude didn't use any Legacy only features.
So, BooM will work just fine!

No problem there REoL. I didn't want to use any special effects in a 32 level Megawad. It wouldn't appeal to as many people and I'm not really that crazy about that stuff anyhow. I figure, if and when I do use things like deep water, It'll be in a single wad or something.

Its a cool wad. I especaly like the castles. though I did find three bugs, one on M2 and two on M3,

The one on Mission 2 is:
ANG=OXAFC10000; X, Y=(OxFEE0342D, OX6E15416)

The ones on Mission 3 are:
ANG=OX84410000; X, Y=(OXFC6A2AD7, OX87EA07C)
ANG=OX91010000; X, Y=(OXFA64E9F0, OX6ECF85F)

Other then that its flawless. I also played the Wild Arms Dungeon theme with it. They go quite well together.

I believe these bugs, (which i have seen), have something to do with legacy 1.31 XMAS... because they didn't show up in 1.30...

anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for the recon Cybergeeker. Glad you liked the castle style of maps. Thanx also for pointing out the bugs. I'm learning a lot from all this. The next map(s) will be much improved

Actualy I played it with 1.30 that where I saw the problems. What I need to figure out is how do I get the sound to work in the Xmas edition, I attempted to play it but its no fun without sounds.

Now I'm going to go download King REol's Wad.
