I've got it unpacked in Linux \usr\local\games\doom\*.*
I try running lsdldoom (or whatever it is) and it says it's not found. How do I get legacy to run in Linux ? I've got mandrake 9, Linux Legacy 1.40 |

This always worked for me in Mandrake 8.1
In the console, switch to your doom folder, then type "./lsdldoom" without the quotes. Hope that helped ------------------

You need to add it to your PATH (or launch it in the doom legacy directory like Planky said).
The easies thing is probably to add a symlink in /usr/local/bin : ln -s /usr/local/games/doom/lsdldoom /usr/local/bin/lsdldoom then you'll be able to type lsdldoom from anywhere. ------------------ Member of the DooM Legacy Team |
