Post Aliens Total Conversion

I've been trying to get Aliens Total Conversion to work using Doom Legacy. I'm new to Doom Legacy, and I've come close, but one problem that keeps occuring is that some major sprites wont change over.

For example, large, flaming green and blue candlesticks remain in the game when they clearly shouldn't be there.

The sprites do change over, though, don't change over properly. Holes in the ceiling, for example, are floating midair. Other sprites I can't walk through though I clearly should be able to.

When I try to launch Aliens TC, I use the Single Map option and include all the necessary Aliens TC WADs and the deh file. It doesn't work. It worked best when I ran the -dehacked command line using a Doom 2 version of Aliens TC.

Is it possible to run Aliens Total Conversion using Doom Legacy? If so, how would I go about it (preferably using the Launcher)? If by chance it's a problem with the Aliens TC copy I downloaded, can anyone point me to the best available copy?

Thank!

Ahoy-hoy! I found the problem. I wasn't using Aliens TC for Ultimate Doom.

I'm still noticing one thing: the hanging lights are floating in the air instead of hanging from the ceilings. Any way to correct this?

I noticed that too, in OpenGl the railings are all buggered too because for some dumbass reason Justin used 200 pixel tall .bmps for them. Maybe Jive will help fix it so he can add it to the DOOM Legacy Wads archive?

If you grab the version for DOOM 2 off my page, some of that stuff like Candles sitting on the middle of the stairs and what not, will be fixed, but not all problems. Seems the DeHacked was out of date a bit causing such problems.

When I played that TC I actually fixed some of the broken sprite offsets myself because it annoyed me. I never did a nice job like Jive did though.

Hmmm, my 'v' key keeps sticking...

Cool! Works great! I did find I couldn't open a Blue Key door towards the end of E3M5, but a little IDCLIP solved that problem.

Don't forget this:
1) all the wads on my "regular" pages are certified, which mean that I have played them all using skill 4, no autoaim, no cheat.
2) all the wads out of these pages, like the ones on my "Jive database", are prepared but not played up to the end. So, the are not "certified". Surely, some bugs still exist...
Anyway, all the bad work is done (bad, unsorted, broken and missing entries, are corrected). Which remain are the bugs, and the OpenGl bad issues: and here, I work like the author of the concerned wad, but with the only goal to do my job totally transparently! Jive must totally disappear, and the only one which appear to you is the real author of the wad!!! Not me! Why? Because it's quite easy to correct when you know the rules, but to create, it's another thing!

It's why I have said on my Homepage:
"Don't look at me, but say how great is the author of this wad!"
I consider that a wad is a work of art, in the same way than an old master!

Authors, respects!
