Mouse Wheel problem
WMouse Wheel isn't working properly in Win32 version (all time only Mouse Wheel Up state). Also - mouse buttons cannot be properly assigned to commands. Mouse - Logitech M-S48.
Problem source is in mouse handler. You are tried to get wheel state trough DirectInput (as z-axis). But there is some bug (seems to be another Microsoft bug )
Insted you should to get mouse wheel state trough standart message loop (main application window message loop). I did it and get correct results.
