I have JDoom DT2Dec29 running fine, even with Icarus, but I can't get it working with Eternal. Command line:
doomsday -game jdoom.dll -file eternall.wad Error: R_InitSprites: Sprite TROO : A : 1 has two lumps mapped to it Created an eternall.gwa file and still get same error. Is Eternal not compatible with JDoom? Am I missing something? |

This can mean two things:
Ther eternal wad is trying to replace the sprites and use some sort of dehacking method on the doom.exe or doom2.exe OR its clashing with the Doom2.wad If its the first case, then you wont be able to get it to work because JDoom doesnt support DEH methods because it doesnt use the doom2.exe (it uses Doomsday.exe). If its the second case you could try renaming or moving the Doom2.wad and then trying. ------------------ Stimpee @ http://www.newdoom.com/stimpee |
