I would say the gunfight in HEAT, right after they rob the bank. I might have said the matrix but there have been so maney ripoffs of it and parodies that i cant even stand to watch that movie anymore, let alone the lobby scene.

All the gunfights in Star Trek and Star Wars where nobody can hit anyone at 20 feet even though they're using lasers, which happen to be the easiest things in the world to aim.

'The way of the gun' I think thats what its called. It has Juliet Lewis, James Caan, Ryan Phillipe, that hispanic guy who was also in Traffic.

How many times can hollywood rip off the whole slow-motion-anti-gravity-fight-scene thing??? Its almost taken over the rolling boulder thing from Raiders of the lost Ark in crappy scene remakes, at least for the latter they were mostly parodies, not trying to make it look original...

Would be my fav, but its really not a "gunfight". Hmmm... I would say either Face/Off or maybe Hardboiled (though, it was such a long time since I saw that movie so I cant remember...). |

That doesn't really count as a gunfight.
I hated how Max Payne ripped off that Matrix thing. It wasn't that cool anyway. ------------------ "Once in a while a programmer really writes something he's proud of, a slick, elegant, blazingly fast routine that stands as a benchmark against which other code will be judged by.
