Yes, it's shitty. Yes, I rushed it. But it should be done, hopefully. I would have just sent this to ghost and/or Mr Rocket last week to finish up; unfortunately, my job sprung a stupid business trip out of nowhere on me that I had to go on (which one of my coworkers was supposed to go on originally, I might add) and in the frustration of it all I kind of forgot to do it before I left. No matter, my map should be done now!

Let me know if there's anything wrong though.

Going through the last posted beta here.

MAP07 NotsoSimple//LoganMTM
- DB's 3D mode start needs to be removed

MAP15 Down the Drain//Osiris's_Legacy
- DB's 3D mode start needs to be removed
- Missing DM starts

MAP17 Headache//Jetflock
- Thing 105 (stimpack) is outside the map

MAP19 Darkseed//Jetflock (not fixed in this update)
- Sector 737 is unclosed and needs to be removed (it isn't needed). The player (and monsters) can actually walk outside of the map because of this.

MAP21 Second Attention//Danimetal (fixed already maybe???)
- Thing 601 stimpack outside of map
- Missing DM starts

MAP24 ???//CrazedImp
- A missing texture with gibberish, suprisingly similar to the one in Logan's map. Except this one has a } before the key looking symbol.
- Missing DM starts

MAP31 Die like you mean it//Exl
- I believe all of those Player 2 starts around the map are intended to be deathmatch starts.




NOTE: I believe these have already been fixed since the last beta. If this is the case, then ignore these.

MAP02 (already fixed here, I believe)
- Missing same textures from before
- Missing DM starts

MAP16 (already fixed here I believe)
- Missing a texture called "JF_SHEST"
- Missing DM starts

MAP30 (I think this was fixed by LoganMTM somewhere?)
- That weird missing texture name is still there.

DM starts? My map is not exactly a DM friendly map so I don't see why anybody would want to DM on it anyway. And missing texture where? I didn't notice any.

The DM starts are so that people don't get kicked out with an error if they're playing Deathmatch on the previous map and then go onto yours. Also, it was stated at the start of the project to give at least a small consideration to DM and Coop.

Co-op I've given consideration, DM is possible it just wouldn't be that much fun. Well I'd throw in a few but I don't have the map (Hooray for reliable computers), so whoever has it, probably just easiest to throw in a few DM starts at the start of the map so it doesn't crash for those using it.

Indeed, I brought that up and sent the PM but never got a response--I'm just assuming it's been updated by now? Didn't want to be a stickler and bring it up repeatedly...

I didn't touch anything regarding DM with that though...

I'd say, jet have a look at that, if there was never a JF_SHEST texture in your map, then there's a wrong texture name which your map is calling but isn't there.
So this one also falls into the category with funky textures names that can only be fixed from with-in said map in a map editor.
In short, a map editing texture name typo..

No, it was a texture I added, modifying one of his existing textures. Admittedly I probably should have changed the code but I figured it would just have been added ok in the merge.
