Here's one of the replacement flats that works much better. I've tried using a Mac while getting things sorted. Although I can use it OK, I see why nobody bothers writing viruses for them. Anyway, I'll transfer the other textures from disc over the next week. In the meantime, here's the new Flat-F_003.png:

Could someone upload a current texture pack with textures up till now? Textures from beginning of the thread are missing

Ignore the textures from the beginning of the thread in posts from me. They were on a server that no longer exists. Many of the textures from way back then have been redone. At the moment there's no texture pack so work your way back from here till you get to the textures from ArturK. Take note to read the posts as to be sure you've got the latest versions.

Stealer would you be able to pack your textures into a pack and upload it to rapidshare or something so I can get the pack hosted

Hi KuriKai. Back home in NZ now. Bought an old Dell Inspiron 8000 with me, but backed up all the new textures onto DVD. Unfortunately, the Dell only has a CDR drive. Once I'm settled into a new house and got another PC, I'll pack up those textures and post them on Rapidshare. Cheers.

OK, I've uploaded the entire contents of the textures folder as a zip file. This contains a combination of the high-res originals, textures by ArturK and all the latest textures seen here. To install, just copy or "drag and drop" the unzipped textures folder to where ever your textures are. Don't forget to backup your copies in case there are textures you don't like. The latest files to 20/05/2009 are in the folder. This is what I use at the moment.

I'm moving to a new apartment, so once I'm settled I'll post that list. I'll list all textures done by the various artists/authors and name those that are combined efforts. In the meantime, I hope Hexen is looking better.

KuriKai, once the current Hi-res textures are hosted as a interim (beta) package, perhaps you can change the screen shots on the HQ page. Of course, you'll know exactly where to go in the game, and hopefully the textures used in the HQ screenshots will all have been redone. At the moment, the only true set of screen shots that show off the capability of the Doomsday
Engine are the various Doom screenshots.

Has anyone taken scree shots of Heretic using the hi-res textures for that game? They've been out a while, but like jHexen, the screenshots on the HQ website only show the original textures.

Stealer, could you PLEASE upload the .zip to another server? (megaupload, rapidshare, mediafire, etc), because ive been trying to download it from fileplanet for like... 3 days.. and i can never get a slot
