Coke here. I dew like the other Pepsi stuff.
Yeah, well, this can become a politicaly-charged topic, believe it or not. Trust me, I've seen this thing get ugly sometimes.

Tea, beer, wine and ginger ale. :D More specifically, Schweppes ginger ale, all kinds of tea (preferably damn strong), ale over lager, and red wine.
And as for the poll, definitely coke. Pepsi is too sweet. Though, like I said on The Abyss, coke has been tasting a bit funny lately. The Coke/Pepsi hierarchy is for me: Coke Zero > Diet Pepsi > Coke > Pepsi > Diet Coke.

Neither coke nor pepsi for me. I avoid all these "water, sugar, carbon dioxide, poison" drinks. I see no need for the sugar or poison, and prefer just the fizzy water. Or real fruit juice, or coffee.

I do prefer Coke to Pepsi, I find Pepsi tastes disgusting. My preference these days is for chilled mineral water especially if it has lots of ice in it. Next preference is for a nice strong cup of tea or Kenco instant colombian coffee.
Favourite booze is Pellegrino Marsala (Garibaldi Dolce), Morris Liqueur Muscat or almost any other Muscat/Moscato/Moscatel wine/liqueur.
Favourite strong drink is Vana Tallinn, its fargin delicious and will leave you legless in no time.

Ahh... I only recently got Pepsi here, so I don't really know it that well. There is nothing as good as ice-cold flat ( is this a well-known expression? ) coke for a hangover. Scary thing is though, you can use coke to clean your car battery with. Nice.

Ice-cold flat? Haven't heard that. Is that just referring to things like coke?
Can I ask what country you're in?

He's in Africa somewhere, though I would guess they'd have Pepsi even there, region depending. I could always ask my friend from there to see if they're that far behind. :p

Ice-cold just referring to the temperature. Flat referring to it going flat ( no more bubbles ). And I'm in South Africa. Yes, this country's goverment is so corrupt that even bubbles are afraid to last too long. :-)
EDIT - http://www.southafrica.info/about/media/pepsi.htm - they've been here on and off, about 3 years now.

I choose none of those two. I used to drink pop but have cut back and now don't bother very often. Last time I had pizza I did drink some generic cola. I prefer to grab a coffee or a glass of water or some fruit juice.... and sometimes a beer or glass of wine. I've had enough of the sugar infestation. :p

Mountain Dew FTW etc.
It's what I usually drink, that and of course coffee in the morning.
Most of the time it's the Dew, but yeah an occasional beer. Sometimes whiskey but not often, although for a back/chaser it's Dew heh.
Mountain dew's a Pepsi product but how can I actually select when I don't really drink Pepsi?

I'd rather have it fizzy. :) South Africa was an interesting place to visit. Coke was expensive though, so we drank lots of wine and cider when we were there. That was about 8.5 years ago so it was before the era of Pepsi. hehe

Remember the clear Coke and Pepsi? I remember SNL did a parody of this for clear turkey gravy. It's so gross, yet so funny.

Blurrrrr I like Coke better than Pepsi. Honestly, I don't know why I don't like Pepsi 0.0 USELESS FACT TIME! Pepsi and Coke are both owned by the same company, and Coke without coloring is green. Hows that for tasty tidbits? Plus for the booze I probably shouldant drink yet (17 ftw) but I will drink the occasonal Jell-o shots ;) Tasty and hammering. Jeez we got in so much shit when my mom found us passed out in the kitchen with Jell-O and vodka

I heard that Pepsi is actually owned or part owned by the Mormon church and thats why they dont allow Mormons to drink coke, nothing to do with caffeine at all.

There is a Coca-Cola bottling plant here in Utah, and the odds of it being owned and operated by some Mormons is high, but that's about it.
And technically, it's coffee that they're not supposed to drink. Many, if not most translate that to caffeine in general which does encompass both Pepsi and Coke. :P
Ah, the things you learn having a Mormon girlfriend.

There is a bottleing plant like 4-5 miles down the road from me. I thought about applying for a job there. But I'd get fired so fast.

one of my friends had a morman girlfriend back in high-school. strangely, she was also a racist bitch and he was originally from Chile. ended up converting so he could marry her. made no fucking sense to me.
I've heard that bit about the morman church owning (or partly owning) pepsi co., too.

Where's Rellik when you need him? He lives in a town full of Mormons in sourthern Alberta. Heh, maybe he left. He kinda hated them.
Only Mormon guy I knew was in junior high school. He was an immature dick though. Only religious-sounding thing I ever head from him was "God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve!" He really hated gays. :/

Monkey is a reluctant Mormon, he lives in a Mormon town in Arizona. I think I discussed this with him a few years ago.
I never made up the bit about being a mormon. I left the church when I was about 12, I was a very stubborn kid. Main reason I left was none of the sunday school teachers wanted me in their class because I asked too many questions, called me a 'doubting thomas'.
Im sure I was told that drinking coffee, tea, coke and alcohol were all sins and I should miss sacrament if I took any.
Instead of tea and coffee we were encouraged to drink something called 'barley cup'

I drink neither. I gave up drinking all that carbonated sugar laden beverages. I really rather just water or some orange juice. I get all the caffeine from coffee which keeps me awake for in-human periods of time...rarely engage in alcohol seeing as I am a year below legal.

+1 for Coke. Pepsi is like chewing on candy, that thing is overkill even for my sweet tooth. Ironically I like the vanilla brand of Coke best, which tastes just like cake, but that's how it is :)
