How to change consle activation key?

i wanna change the consle key from d to ` but i dunno how

There isn't an option in the controls menu to change it. As far as I am aware, you have to open your jxxxx.cfg and change it manually. The cfg's can be found in "Doomsdayfolderpathhere"\Snowberry\runtime

Once you've opened the cfg, do a search for:
"# Key to activate the console (ASCII code, default is tilde, 96).
con-key-activate 96"

You simply have to change the number to whatever key you wish. Which number is which key can be found in the middle column of the table here:

The easiest way is to go into the Doomsday Control Panel, change to the "Console" tab where you will find the option to change the console activation key.
