was wondering, if the ceiling height will be fixed for next version. ie: monsters can move through passageways with head clipping into the ceiling, instead of preventing them access!

That isn't a bug, just a very big, er... "quirk" of the game.
Many things in Doom are not the same height or width as the graphics they use. The Revenant for example is 56 unit's high but its graphics are approx 85-90 unit's high.

Yes, like Vermil said ... This is not R3D specific but applies to all ports.
