It's convenient that us atheists get a holiday too. We have to leech off the Christian ones. :p Sucks that I gotta work Sunday and Monday though. Hope I'm not still sick by then.

And it occurs to me that Americans don't get this as a government holiday. There's a big irony in that, really.

Well, happy Good Friday to all who celebrate it. To the rest of you, happy time off if you got any. :)

Atheists have always had a national holiday. April 1. ;)

Not to sound like a nitpicker or what wombat, but could you please try and make coherent posts rather than 4 word sentences that end in loads of exclamation marks?

I was thinking it actually is warriordoomer, but we'll know for sure once pointless threads with crap maps start showing up.

Oh he's probably better than WD, although that's hardly an accomplishment.

Anyway, this thread is getting off topic. I'd post some "jesus lol" but it's already been done. That and I'm too tired.

rustyslacker, enough with the "in before teh lock" comments.
Why make a post you think's going to be locked?
Even though it didn't start off too well, and digressed from there, I'll keep it open.
I just wish this hadn't been a political thread, and the subject sentiment hadn't been misleading.
But now that it is, it's alright if you're an atheist, but please don't make a thread just piss all over it, that's kind of juvenile.
Anyways, carry on.

They wanted / had to convert those pagans somehow, so what better way than to incorporate their own traditions with new meanings. Pagan rituals are cool.

Alright, sorry. Lesson learned.

I found out today that Target is closed Easter Sunday here, so I don't have to work. Score!

Also, I fail to see how this is a political thread. May as well go back and move all the Christmas threads into here as well then.

I have an RPG session on sunday, I hope my family doesn't keep me home because it's easter. *cachmf* I mean either way there's chocolate and possibly a T-shirt in it for me, so I'm happy, but I haven't been to an RP session in weeks.

It's Easter Sunday, and I'm sitting here wondering where Johnny Rancid is. For the uninformed, he was giving up the internet for Lent.

For what now?

Looks like a bit of this easter is going to have to be spent doing homework. Not cool.
