He probably means Doomsday since that's where all these sorts of questions come from: Doomsday users who don't get that the whole forum isn't for that.

In that case the answer is no -- with prejudice! Totally different game, and simply looking at it compared with the games supported by any DOOM port would give that away instantly.

That aside, if the question is about any version of Windows newer than 98, or any version of Linux, the answer is probably yes. :)
