Some reason on GZDoom There is no skybox displaying and the see-trough textures like a fence, the see through parts are light blue. I gotta stop putting too many help topics *bliss*.

Which skybox are you referring to:
- the normal Doom/Doom 2 skies that get wrapped onto the sphere
- ZDoom style skyboxes (like in ZDCMP)
- GZDoom style skyboxes (like in Enjay's Marine Assualt)
Also, what type of graphics card do you have?

any of them as long as OpenGL is activated & I don't know what graphics card I have. And an example of the see-through texture prob: when I start doom 2 level 1 and look to the left to go get the chainsaw the spaces between the bars on the texture are light blue.

You seem to be having a bunch of problems with your system and DOOM ports (Flynn Taggart reported a problem with Doomsday's dynamic lights here: http://forums.newdoom.com/showthread.php?t=34783).
I would suggest that it is most likely driver issues. Try to find out what graphics card you are using and then look for the latest driver.

Well one of my friends are going to come over to give my computer updates (new graphics card, etc) so hopefully that will do something and put a stop to all these help topics.

Looking at this thread (http://forums.newdoom.com/showthread.php?t=34782), you have a S3 KM400, which is an ancient (by computer standards) graphics card. I'm actually pretty surprised you can run these OpenGL ports at all, to be honest.
