Yes I think the name Zacky is a bit dumb for a band name. Never heard of them before and I had to use google to find out what that was all about. Why didn't they call the band Zack's Vengeance or something.

Well "Zacky Vengeance" isn't actually the band name. The band is called "Avenged Sevenfold" but one of the guitarists adopted "Zacky" as a personal name.

Yes, I must say Zacky is a very... er... queer name. Zack would've been better. And I had no idea that was Avenged Sevenfold... I don't listen to them much, and the two albums I do have are from friends...
The most idiotic self-proclaimed name I have heard of is "Sneaky" from Goteki, a minor techno band.
