Custom User Titles

Anyone who's had problems getting their Custom User Title to work, after they've been registered for at least 60 days and made at least 300 legitimate posts -- I think I've finally fixed it 100%! So, if you've had problems, try it now, and let me know here that (or "if") it now works!
