Skipping to different Levels

I am using Doomsday build 1.9 (beta 4) and have installed my Doom II Collectors Edition on my system and all works fine.

I was trying ot skip to a different level when playing DOOM II and the old cheat command was IDCLEV followed with the level number when already in a game. As an example when I type in IDCLEV32 this used to take me to the "Grosse" game but now instead it simply brings up the shotgun?

Perhaps this has been changed in this new build of Doomsday but years ago when I was running Doomsday build 1.7.14 I believe skipping to a different level worked just fine.

I did try to install the older build of 1.7.14 on my machine but it will not load the games probably due to the new Open GL Cards like my ATI Radeon 9800.

Any help sure would be appreciated.

If the cheat doesn't work, you try this:
Open the console by pressing the [`] key. Then type "warp" followed by a space and the number of the level you want to skip to and press Enter.
