Neodoom and neodoom demo. Neodoom demo has the city level witch in my opinion is by far the best for that particular design.

Hell Revealed (map 14)

Just a few examples. Metro13 and MM map 28 is especially recommended for "city style" fans.

Hmm...

NDCP isn't bad, and some of the early maps are pretty cool
BrDoom is fun
Wasted (http://www.doomwadstation.com/wasted) is fun *l7*
Requiem is good also.

Oh crap, I didn't see the "HUGE levels" part. Meh. Those wads are still fun.
