okay, do icon's auto shoot stuff, or do you need monster targets? cause eitherway, it doesn't work..... and this is on the first lvl, can icons only work on lvl 30?

The "Icon of Sin" can work on any map, although I recommend using MAP30 in an effort to avoid some issues.
There are four things that compose the Icon of Sin:
One) The nine textures to compose it and its "brain"
Two) The John Romero head hidden within its "brain"
Three) A spawn cube
Four) A destination (spawn spot) for the spawn cube
Set the spawn cube to face the player so that it "sees" the player when the player enters the room (like any monster). Then define a destination (similar to a teleporter) for the spawn cube. That is it.

i'm to lazy, is it 3 sectors with upper middle and lower textures? my only question is the wall 3 textures high? or something else?
EDIT: wait, how the heck did they stack 3 sectors !?!?!?!

You'll get it more easily if you just pick it apart yourself. That, and you'll learn stuff about picking apart maps, which is useful. :)

No its not three sectors look at the original design its not too hard to make your own.
You need 6 sectors to make the face itself and a few more for the areas behind the face where the romero head is standing in and that cube shooter.

The three textures are like on stairs. The stairs are just very tall and very slim.

Nevermind. Just do a copy-paste on the Goat-Head from original MAP30, using DoomBuilder.

If you're too lazy to open up a map and just LOOK at it, how the heck do you manage to MAKE maps? *owell*
