new maps

Hey all, Igot a question for ya's ! Ihave about 15 new doom3 maps but if i create a server and put them in the line up nobody can join*chuck* does anyone now how to let people download these ?????

Hi all, , I have a bunch of maps but when i put then in ritation people cant join my server ??? How can i allow people to download these maps ? Antbody know ?

If your behind a firewall, you can't really do anything.
Now by Firewall I mean a actual Hard Firewall (An actual network device that is Firewall first, Router/Switch second), a Router (Which has a firewall) or you have a Soft Firewall (Client Side Firewall, that is run on the computer that guards, protects, and sucks up computer processing power), or you have a firewall built into your computer.
Either way, a firewall will prevent you from hosting games online, though I've not seen that happen on those running Norton Internet Securities, or those running the nForce4 boards with Active Armor.
Check your firewalls, see if you've got em on, most people don't encounter this problem (therefore have no need to know whats wrong, and cannot answer your question because it never happened to them) because they probably do it as second nature to make sure their firewalls are setup correctly.

Now I'm going to assume you actually mean Doom 3. and not a source port. granted I've never played online using Doom 3 because of my Sys Specs are so low, but multiplayer should be simply, and people should be automatically able to see your server, download the maps and join.
Granted you've checked your firewalls, and thought correctly of how to proceed next.
