Exactly where in the xbox version do you first find the Chaingun, plasmagun, and grenades? In which levels?

When I played, I first found grenades in alpha labs 1 east, chaingun in alphalabs 3, and plasmagun in enpro 1. Here, I dunno if it is the first encounter or I missed some secret in previous levels.
