Which format must the pictures for floor, wall and celling have? How largely do they have to be? Which dissolution is necessary? I would like to work on also the frontispiece. Which depth of shade may these pictures have?

What are dissolution, frontispiece and depth of shade?

Best picture format: BMP.
Wall patches (textures) should be exactly 128 units high, but there's no width limit.
Flats (floor and ceiling texture) should be 64x64.
