EDIT: I've just discovered, that most of the reversed talking in the intro to this song is really Manson singing the first verse backwards. And the wierd slowed-down voice at the very beginning is some guy saying "hallelujah", forwards and then backwards. The voice right after that is the same thing, but a woman's voice.

Yeah, Portrait. It had the most backwards messages so I figured I'd listen to that album. Really cool figuring out what those wierd noises really are, too. My Monkey had a backwards message at the beggining, but apparently it was just reversed gibberish spoken by Manson. At the end of My Monkey, however, he did say "it's an ass-kiss" backwards. Organ Grinder had some sort of speech played backwards at the beginning and end of the song, but it was so quiet and faded out so fast that I only caught a few words of it.
Sounded like it was sampled from something else.

Imo, there's enough guitar, although some solos would be nice. There's a solo in this song, but it's one of those weird ones where it's all crazy effects and no real melody or anything like that. Cool, but not much of a solo. So I guess it has everything a good metal song needs but a good solo. :p

EDIT: It took me until just now to realize a lack of lead guitar and a lack of solos are the same thing. *laff*

No, not really. Lead guitar = melody, rhythm guitar = rhythm. A song can have a solo and still not include lead guitars. Rhythm guitars can supply some melody, but still don't count as lead.
