Just six days after releasing DeiMWolf v 0.9.0, I am pleased to report that I have released T.U.C.Q. Phase II beta 3.
I am hoping everyone will like the new eye candy I have added, and I hope they will also like the new difficulty level I have implemented.
The original Chex Quest and Chex Quest 2 did not have difficulty levels implemented. All of the levels had the same monsters in the same places on every skill. Only skils 1 and 5 were different, because DooM gives extra ammo on these skill levels, and makes the monsters faster and respawns them on skill level 5.
In this latest version of T.U.C.Q. the flemoids still appear in the same places and in the same numbers on higher skill levels, but the flemoids actually get tougher as the skill level goes up. If this does not create enough of a challenge, the available health and ammo decrease as the skill level goes up, so you had better be careful with that zorch recharge! You may not find another one for a long time!
