Alien Vendetta Music?!

Does anyone know where I can find Alien Vendetta midis or something...i love the tracks that the wad has and was wondering where i can get them, please anybody help!

They come from various other games. Heretic and HeXen to name a couple. Look around and you'll find them. Or better yet, use Wintex or XWE to extract the midi files from AV.wad.

After some messing around with XWE and some help from other threads, I've found the easiest way IMO to extract the music files from a wad.

Here is the step-by-step starting from scratch:

1. Download XWE v1.14 here. (ftp://drsleep@server1.thefourwinds.net/data/xwe.zip)
2. Unzip to C:\xwe and create a shortcut to the desktop for ease of use.
3. Open XWE and then it will ask you for the location of doom2.wad but you can just cancel that as I found it to be unnecessary.
4. Click "file" then "open" and choose the wad you want to extract the music from.
5. Click music at the bottom so you see only the music tracks.
6. Select the track from the left pane that you want, click "entry" then "save as", change the extension to [MID] and save to wherever you want.

I hope this is helpful to some of you.
