Doom 3 bosses or maybe not bosses.

I know that the bosses of doom 3 and ROE are:

Vagary
Guardian
Sabaoth
Cyberdemon
Hunter without the legs
Regular Hunter
Electric Hunter
Maledict

Are there any non bosses that you have to fight and not evade or not kill them to continue the game?

Hell knights in delta4 are an example because you have to kill them to advance to next level.

Do the 3 mancubi in recycling need to be killed or can you leave them there and continue? Can you actually continue the game without killing the mancubi?

Are there any other situations like that?
