KickStart Reports GLBSP Is Missing (http://forums.newdoom.com/showthread.php?t=25024)

Doomsday 1.8.x and above have integrated the GLBSP functionality into the main engine therefore you should uncheck the option to automatically run GLBSP within KickStart.
