Random crashes OS X

I am experiencing random crashes in os x 10.3.8. The application quits saying that an unexpected error occured...

I've had Ministart crash randomly as well, although it's very rare for me. Keep in mind, it is still a beta. I don't believe your mac's specs are a problem.

No, DEFINITELY not a problem. Consider yourself lucky. I only WISH I had a G5. :)

I've had the same problem. I think it's just a matter of optimization and tweaking. Or just letting my fan cool down.

From what I can tell in the crash logs, the Doomsday app inside MiniStart keeps making illegal operations (invalid access being the most common), triggering the crash effect you see when there's a brief stutter in play and a glimpse of the mouse before a fade out into the Desktop.

Sorry guyz but i've been playing this for the past couple of months and have had the odd crash. But that's often a (mega)wad that refuses to work. (i except that not every wad will work, esp those that change the sfx. These more so than other wads).. hmm

I also have MDL (wow this looks sh1tty compared to DD!) :) but this does crash out the odd once of twice. But ZEN_Shell has fixed many problems that was giving..

I've a G5 also, but i cannot remember the last time DD bombed. (sorry) ;P
