new legacy dm wad

[jetflock]

created a new dm wad out of boredom last night. it replaces map01 and its a variation of map07 from doom2. the guns are a bit diff, but somewhat balanced. botplay was fun.
new sounds.
new graphics.
new music (map01)
only 1 level but it freshens up any deathmatch wad when added to a dm level pack, or classic doom2 levels.

Ah I see, about the test wad thing but still its a doom2 level at that you modified it and then distributed it. :\
jetflock if you want, I'll give you permission to use a map I made a long time ago, its based on doom2 map7 but made from scratch.

I'd rather you did that than everyone else giving you hell about using a doom2 map heh.

lol. basically, i will put a disclaimer on the download page about the level. unless your playing freedoom, then you should prolly already own map07 and map01. since this is more of an add-on wad then a map wad, i don't think this is much of a problem (coupled with the disclaimer), and besides, i know many dm maps in circulation are based on id levels.
if it poses a problem, i will make a version from scratch.
aside from this, i have updated the download page with a tiny bit of info on this, and a few shots in the game.
i am hoping this may provide some kind of base for a legacy dm source(or something like that).
new stuff: more music, titlepic, litesaw, fixed flame thrower a bit, added PCP.

Finally managed to play it. Bots kicked my ass. Resembles too much to original map07. Why not making something original Jetflock?. I´m sure you could change it over and over until it only vaguely looks like it :P.

Hey I don't care what you do, but for you jetflock I was just looking out.
it's up to you man but in the future you'll be looked at as the one that hacks up id software maps.
oh btw if you didn't know the guy that hacked up doom2 map01 for dwango5 map01, he was charged by idsoftware $1700 and also spent 4 1/2 weeks in jail.
