Too Fast

I have a P3-600 laptop that I am trying to run the Doom collection on, Doom/Doom2, but it seems that I am always running in turbo/speed mode. Cannot slow my character down. The monsters seem to be ok, just when I move, cannot slow it down. Any suggestions.

I believe this should be in the Classic Doom section.

Make sure that auto-run is off, and that turbo is off, or is a low number.
