It's the large monster room in DooM 2 Map16, The Suburbs. The monsters are released when the player takes the blue key off a pillar in the middle of a slime pool.

well done DoomedAce *jawdrop* , took me ages to find that room - i always wondered where those monsters came from... i eventually had to use iddt to find the room...

I jped on it without actually thinking what it was. I knew the level but for some reason I typed out Mt. Erebus instead. Been happening to me all week.*bug*
