Help with memory again..

ok i downloaded picklebros xui and again only the new title pic/credit pic works of it.
So it cant be the wrong folder.
I am thinking its still because i use 32mb as memory..and i still couldt find out how to change it.
there is a file called kickstart.cfg in the doomsday folder where you can change the memory..but it doesnt work..when you start jhexen it still says 32mb memory.

can anyone tell me how to change the memory ?? :)

i know you have to write -maxzone 512mb into the cmdline but how exactly can you write into it

When you first start Kickstart there are 2 sets of tabs - the upper ones has a Misc tab and there is actually a place where you can type in how much memory you want it to use...but let me suggest something.

I'm going to bet that you'd already downloaded my title pic and my credits pic and started a Patches folder with them in it.

Try one of these 2 things

1 - REdownload my .pk3 because the first one I did was screwed up, and delete your Patches folder and create an Auto folder and put it in it.

2-delete your Patches folder, unzip my .pk3 and copy the Patches folder that it creates into /data/jhexen

I think either one of those will actually fix your issue without tweaking your RAM.

When you start kickstart you will see four tabs at the top. Click on "Misc"
You should see the "Memory" Box. If you 256 Meg or more put in 128 in that box.
You won't need the command line option.
