Where do the screenshots go after you take them ?

should be somewhere in the doom folder.

if im using the doom collectors edition, does it matter?

(im also using doomsday)

Actualy it may be in your source port folder, Check there, I found mine by writing down the file (For example it will say 'Doom0001.png' is the first screen shot) and using windows "Find files" to discover which folder its in, I took a screen shot in Zdoom and it wound up in the Zdoom folder.

while your helping me, i have another question

how do you get the 3d monsters on doom? i have tried to dl and have installed (manually) some of the files yet the monsters are still 2-d, while the maps are grealy textured...would you happen to know the exact file i need?

The shots are in your runtime folder, wherever that is.
I don't know where the runtime folder is in Windows, though.
