I finally finished the 11 Years of Doom map. You can grab it off of my site http://megawad.newdoom.com/index.shtml *bday*

Now I need to get back to Vilecore II and this other map I started that I'm calling 'O' of Corruption. *diablo*

hmmm 'O' of Corruption...sounds like 'O" Destruction/Circle of Death

Yeah it gets a spec of inspiration from 'O' of Destruction but isn't a remake or a remix. Its got a similar 'O' starting area and a couple other parts are similar. Otherwise its gonna be different.

Hehehe. I got 99% toasted by that Vile last time through. I had 1% health and had to run away for health and ammo. :p

I owned the vile every time. Once I got fried by a hell knight and once by the cyber demon. :D

In one of the olde Quake manuals (or some simiilar game) it says in order to find some secrets you should look for the 'angled texture' and such. My brother and I turned it into a saying.... when you get caught on an obstacle while moving backwards or during a strafe and get fried by the enemy we say, "I got caught on the angled texture"... and thats kinda what happened to me when he fried me down to 1% that one time.

Can't wait to re-enter the Core. I'm sure it looks even more fantastic this time. Atleast it does by the screens that have been released so far.

Ive just installed my doom legacy stuff so I can play this.

ok thats a wee lie, I have just installed the dooms and legacy though but it was really to test one of my own maps.
