model status

Does anyone know how the models for Jhexen are coming along. Are they still being worked on. i hope they are, I would really like to see a full set. Im interested in learning how to make models is it complicated. If I learnt to make models could someone else animate them. How long does a model take to make, on average.

Yeah, we're still working on it.

Learning to model isn't that complicated, but it is time consuming. If you are going to try, I suggest you start as simple as possible, and then work your way up. I started by trying to model characters straight away, but it only slowed me down. In my sig is a link to Q2modeler, which is an ancient program but it does the job well enough to get started. I still use it myself.

Im glad the models are still being made, any idea on when ill be able to download some new ones. Im not rushing anyone or anything, I just love hexen and these models have uped the gameplay experience a million percent.
