I've fiddled with this Legacy wad for two years on and off between real world concerns, and I'm finally as done as I'm going to be. It uses Legacy 3D structures extensively, lighting quite a bit, and some FraggleScript here and there. Basic Plot: You're working in your office, things go awry, you run and try to find your way out.

Try it and tell me what you think, good or bad.

curiosity is a sign of intelligence... And the contrary...

Okay...
Obviously, you made extrem attention to build it, and you must have spent a huge amount of time, but...
For me, it's absolutely unplayable, even using the God mode (the fragglescript manage it, so you can't even have a chance to enjoy it safely). Same thing with "nomonsters".
It's way too dark, I see pretty nothing, I understand nothing, I have no idea of what I have to do, and where I must go. There are so many hidden rooms for monsters opening suddenly and giving you no chance to have time to escape or to kill them that I felt the desire to kick your ass... ;)
You made it, so you know what you have to do, how you have to do it, and where you have to go.
Not the player! *whatever*
Plus, there is a bunch of OpenGl glitches, impossible to rectify, even for me, used to correct such a problem!!! *squint*
Why those glitches?
Because you didn't use the editor grid!
And Legacy hate the unrespect of this editing rule.
Way too much dark, way too much hard, no God mode, no nomonsters mode, what is remaining for our pleasure?
Sorry, but the first goal of a wad is to be playable, and not to demonstrate the power of Legacy. *bug*

Ok, it was MY review... I'm pretty sure that others will enjoy it, so don't suicide immediately *rolleyes*
Plus, I'm surely too old *cry*

Jive: <stabs self> :) Now that the suicide is out of the way, I have a comment about your comment in respect to lighting: I have a problem judging the brightness/darkness of the level. Some have said its too dark, a few that it's too bright(though the average leans toward your side of things). On my monitor, it appears bright, almost sillily so. So, it makes me think that the problem with lighting(and thus gameplay) has a lot to do with differences in monitors. On mine, 60 appears pretty bright, while apparently on others, not so much. Is 60 relatively dark in your opinion, for a frame of reference. Also, to ask the obvious, did you try changing in-game gamma?

As for the grid, that's a new one on me, and something I'll have to work on fixing. I was unaware that Legacy was so...intolerant. What's it's minimum grid tolerance, if you know? I used the 2px in DoomBuilder.

WA59: pics shall (hopefully) appear in the first post soon.

Thanks for the comments,

I don't have to change the gamma for the other wads, so I don't see why I should do it with yours... ;-)
You MAY use 2x2, thus the standard is 4x4 in order to be sure to don't have any problem. When you use 2x2, or even 1x1, you'll have to verify if all is fine while displayed. And, if not, move the vertice toward another point of the grid. But most of the time, all is fine.
