Missing A File?!

Hey, I downloaded that Wintex Editing Tool thing and when I went to start the program, it said I was missing the file "VBRUN300.DLL". It didn't even come with the download!

Where can I get this file? Sorry if I'm asking yet another dumb question with a very obvious answer.

All you have to do is type the file-name into google and it'll give you the download for it.
