Prince of Persia 3D

I just borrowed this game from a friend, but it won't run on Win XP. I'm getting that stupid "generic ilegal operation" message thing when I try to start the game.

My Win XP is Service pack 1 and I've seen Hitman 1 not running in a similar way in another pc I have in my parents home (When I got it I didn't have SP1 installed in my PC here in my house, but had there at father's place)

I haven't tryied Hitman 1 in my pc here since I updated.

So... can anyone give me a light?

check online for Prince of Persia open Gl based, im sure there are fanatics who have made it compatable

Hm. Although this doesn't help a bit: It's not worth the hassle. The game sucks. Even the first PoP was better!

Yeah, I had PoP 3d on my computer once and I found it crap, I much prefered the original although I ould never get past level 5:p
anyway, the game worked fine for me I was on an athlon xp 1500+ I think, 384mb pc300 RAM and a GF FX5200 ultra 128meg.
