Sprites

Are there any websites which contain all of the doom sprites? because I can't be bothered going into the iwad and extracting them:p because I want to attempt to make a pinky model for jdoom:D and have it as close to the original as possible:).

Dunno about a web site with all the sprites, but extracting them is easier than you think. Download DeePsea and use these steps:

File -> New Game Project: Doom or Doom 2, either will work
F7 -> Export LUMP to a FILE
Uncheck everything except Graphics and click Show Selected
Only graphics lumps will be displayed on the left. If you don't want to sift through all of them to find the pinky (hint: it's SARGxx), just select the first one, Shift-End to select the rest, and click on BMP. Then pick a folder and it'll save all the graphics lumps in Doom to a folder you choose as BMP files.
