NDCP Site Updated

Just did a small update on NDCP and cleaned up the Team page and the Levels page as those were totally out of date. Will pop a news item on newdoom in a bit so people can see we still live.. Also cleaned all the pages.... was a mess of unused html tags and unseen junk. :p

There are a few screenshots of my Map in the thread i posted for it. So you cna use those for the site, unless you want to make your own.
