Which programs do I have to have to create PK3s? How do I doi It?

The pk3 is a zip file without compression
You can use Winrar or winzip for make that ;)

I use pakscape, just because I can save things as zips paks or pk3s :)

Ok, I know how to create zips and how to set the compression to none. So I just have to create the file and change the extension of it? I did it and Doomsday haven't recognized the file that I've created(I'm trying to create a PK3 from a texture pack, because I don't want to download it again as a PK3). I have WinRAR on my PC too, I'll try to create the PK3 using it and let you guys know. I may take a while to post again because I'm having problems to post at home, probably some kind of Firewall issue, but I still can read the forum at home. Thanks for your help guys.

For make your *.pk3 :
put all your file in Winrar and compressed it with the zip system without compression
After rename the extension of the *.zip to *.pk3
and it's done ;)

Tips : with explorer :
select all your file and make a right click and select "compressed it with Winrar" (i don't know the real english expression, sorry)
Next, choose the zip extension and set it to any compression
start the creation of the file and rename the extension to *.pk3

Make sure you have hide extensions for known filetypes unchecked (located view, folder options).
