.deh files?

I have tried to do the DED manager utility thing, but get and out of range message. I have tried the command line thing but cant figure it out. Im a moron. I am running the latest version of Doomsday and everything else but cannot get .deh files to convert or load. Is there something I am doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.

To run a deh file with Dday place it in "Run/Jxxxxx". Then add "-deh xxxxxxx.deh" to the command line. To load multiple dehs use "-alldehs" instead.

You can either make a shortcut to the Jxxxx executable, open said shortcut's properties and add -deh...etc to the end of the target line, or use the "Add to the command line" box in kick-start under the "Other Options" tab.
